Frozen Berry Yogurt Bark

Try this refreshing, filling and easy Low FODMAP Frozen Berry Yogurt Bark as a snack or dessert.



If you are looking for a snack or dessert for the whole family to love, than you have found it! This Frozen Berry Yogurt Bark is a good replacement for that evening ice cream bowl.


Frozen Berry Yogurt Bark makes a filling snack from the protein in the yogurt, fiber from the berries, and heart healthy fats from the almonds.


Frozen Berry Yogurt Bark Recipe


Serves: 8

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 6-8 hours


Ingredients:

  • 3 Cups of Low Fat Vanilla Greek Yogurt (dairy free yogurt if removing lactose)

  • 3 Tablespoons Pure Maple syrup

  • 1 Cup of Sliced Strawberries

  • 1 Cup of Blueberries

  • 2 Tablespoons of Slivered Almonds

Preparation:


Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Stir maple syrup into the Vanilla Greek Yogurt.

  • Spread yogurt mixture onto baking sheet.

  • Top yogurt with strawberries, blueberries, and slivered almonds.

  • Place in freezer for 6-8 hours.

  • Once solid, remove sheet from freezer. I prefer to cut bark, but you can also break apart.

  • Make sure to eat immediately before it melts.

  • Store in an air tight container in the freezer up to 3 months.
