2 Cups of Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
3 Tbsps of Cocoa Powder
3 Tbsps of Granulated Sugar
Pinch of salt
Almond Milk Whipped Cream
1 Oz. Dark Chocolate Bar
In a medium sauce pan over medium heat, stir together the almond milk, cocoa powder, granulated sugar and salt.
Stir until well combined, sugar is dissolved, and cocoa is hot.
Grate chocolate for sprinkled topping.
Pour hot cocoa into 2 mugs, top with whipped cream and dark chocolate, and enjoy!
(optional, you can add peppermint extract for an additional seasonal flavor.)
